Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING TIME:

  • We fulfill orders within 24-48 hours from the time/day your order was placed (excluding holidays. i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

  • Ships from and to United States only

*Please keep in mind that the fulfillment time standard we hold ourselves to does not include the delivery timeline of USPS. Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed within 24-48 hours, and we always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.


PACKAGE DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED:

  • If your order shows that it was delivered but you did not receive it: Please double-check with your neighbors, mailbox, any reception/front desk, and your local post office. Unfortunately, it's common for USPS orders to be delivered as much as 3 days after the item is initially scanned as delivered. 

    • If you have checked all of these places and still have not received the package, please email eurodriven@eurodriven.co so our team can work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Euro Driven is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases.

*Euro Driven is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.

TRACKING:

  • Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • When the shipping carrier receives your package and scans it, your tracking info will be updated. (Please allow up to 48 hours)

ADDRESS CORRECTION:

  • If you need an address correction, please email eurodriven@eurodriven.co as soon as you can to ensure we have time to correct it before your order is sent out.

ORDER RETURNED TO SENDER:

  • If your package is unable to reach its final destination for reasons such as an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, etc. it will be returned to Euro Driven. When the package has arrived back at our warehouse, Customer Support will email you to let you know we have received it and ask for an address update.

  • Once the address is updated your order will be reprocessed and you will receive a new tracking number.
